Description
When your outer air filter is doing its job, that inner element is what keeps the really fine dust and grit from turning your expensive engine into scrap metal. This inner air filter is what provides the final stage of protection for your engine, catching the fine dust and particles that make it past the outer filter, and when it gets neglected, you’ll know it fast – loss of power, increased oil consumption, and eventually the kind of repair bills that make grown farmers cry.
What You’re Getting
- High-quality filtration media that captures particles down to microscopic levels without restricting airflow to your engine
- Baldwin quality built to handle the harsh realities of farm life—temperature swings, vibration, and constant exposure to dust
- Precise 15 21/32 inch length and 4 9/16 inch outer diameter for proper sealing with no air bypass
- Attached gasket design ensures proper installation and seal integrity
Built for Real Farm Work
This inner filter works with a wide range of equipment including Allis Chalmers, Case, Daewoo, Dynapac, Kobelco, Komatsu, and White machines, plus Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Deutz, Fiat, and International engines. Whether you’re running a loader through dusty gravel pits, combining in dry harvest conditions, or operating construction equipment in sandy soil, this filter handles the punishment that comes with putting machines to work in demanding environments.
Made to Last
The robust construction and quality filtration media keep doing their job hour after hour, protecting your investment in expensive engine components that cost far more to replace than they do to protect. This element uses robust filter media and construction designed to handle vibration, temperature swings, and the constant dirt loading that comes with outdoor work.
Installation Notes
This is the inner element that fits inside larger outer filters like LL1902-FN, PA1902-FN, PA2523, LL2641, PA2641, and PA4650-FN. Always replace both outer and inner elements together during service – the inner filter typically gets changed every second or third outer filter change under normal conditions, but in dusty environments, change them together every time. Never attempt to clean and reuse an inner filter – the fine media can’t be properly cleaned without damage, and the few dollars saved isn’t worth risking engine damage.
