Description
When you need to cover a lot of ground without the hassle and expense of a full spray boom, this BoomJet cluster is exactly what you’re looking for. These boomless nozzles give you the control to match your spray pattern to the job at hand, whether you’re spot treating weeds or covering larger areas with herbicide or liquid fertilizer. The single swivel design lets you adjust spray direction on the fly, so you can adapt to changing field conditions without stopping.
What You’re Getting
- Brass construction that handles harsh farm chemicals and daily use better than plastic alternatives
- Single swivel mount that adjusts spray direction for optimal coverage
- Pre-assembled OC-150 nozzles designed for wide-area boomless applications
- 3/4″ female NPT connection that threads into most standard spray systems
- TeeJet quality that professional sprayer operators have relied on for decades
Built for Real Farm Work
This nozzle cluster works great on ATV sprayers, pull-behind units, and 3-point hitch sprayers. Whether you’re spraying pastures, fence lines, or doing spot work around the farm, this setup gives you the versatility to handle different spray jobs without swapping out fixed nozzles. The boomless design means no worrying about boom sections catching on fence posts or trees.
Made to Last
Brass holds up to farm chemicals and daily use better than plastic alternatives. The threads stay sharp, the orifice keeps its shape, and you won’t find yourself constantly replacing worn-out tips. This is the same quality material TeeJet has been using for decades in agricultural spray systems. Chemical resistance and durability are built in—this nozzle handles everything from harsh herbicides to liquid fertilizers without breaking down.
Installation Notes
The 3/4″ female NPT threads right into your spray manifold or boom tube. Use some pipe dope on the threads for a leak-free connection, and make sure the swivel moves freely before you start spraying. If your spray pattern starts getting uneven, it’s usually time to clean debris out of the orifice rather than replace the whole nozzle.
