Description
When your heavy equipment is logging long hours on the job site or in the field, clean oil is what keeps those expensive engines running strong. Contaminated oil with metal particles, dirt, and combustion byproducts can turn your premium lubricant into engine-damaging sludge in a hurry. This Baldwin B76 oil filter does the heavy lifting to trap contaminants and maintain proper oil flow, protecting your investment when downtime isn’t an option.
What You’re Getting
- 10 7/16 inch length with 4 1/4 inch outer diameter provides substantial filtration capacity for demanding applications
- Anti-drainback valve keeps oil in the filter when the engine’s off, giving you instant pressure on startup
- Standard 1 1/8-16 thread size makes installation straightforward with no adapters needed
- Quality filter media captures contaminants while maintaining the oil flow your engine needs
- Includes gasket for secure, leak-free installation right out of the box
Built for Heavy-Duty Work
This filter fits Akerman excavators and construction equipment, Mack trucks and commercial vehicles, Volvo construction machinery, and RVI (Renault Vehicules Industriels) engines. These are machines that work for a living—moving dirt, hauling loads, and operating under demanding conditions where engine reliability makes the difference between profit and costly breakdowns.
Made to Last
Baldwin filters have been protecting engines for decades with quality media that captures contaminants while maintaining proper oil flow, and Baldwin builds this filter to handle the temperature swings, vibration, and pressure changes that come with heavy equipment operation. The robust construction and reliable gasket ensure this filter keeps doing its job under the harsh conditions heavy equipment faces every day.
Installation Notes
This is a direct spin-on replacement that threads right on where your old filter came off. Before threading on the new filter, wipe a thin coat of clean oil on the gasket, then hand-tighten only 3/4 turn after the gasket contacts the mounting surface. Over-tightening just makes the next change harder and can damage the seal.
