Built for Real Farm Work
These hooks are designed for the 4-inch wide conveyor belts you’ll find on grain handling equipment, feed mixers, manure spreaders, and other farm machinery where material needs to move reliably. The clipper design works especially well in applications where you need a temporary repair that can handle moderate loads while you plan for permanent fixes during slower seasons.
Made to Last
Flexco has been making belt fasteners for decades, and these high tensile hooks are built to handle the constant flexing and loading that farm equipment dishes out. The rectangular hook design distributes stress better than round hooks, and the steel construction won’t fail when you’re moving heavy grain or feed materials.
Installation Notes
You’ll need a belt cutter and punch to prepare the belt ends properly – clean, square cuts and evenly spaced holes are key to a good repair. The hooks install from opposite sides of the belt and lock together with the connecting pins. A tip from experience: mark your hole spacing with a template before punching to ensure even alignment across the belt width.
