Installation Notes

This is a complete replacement kit—you’ll swap out all the ignition components at once for best results. When you’re installing the points, take time to set the gap properly with a feeler gauge, and make sure all electrical connections are clean and tight. A little dielectric grease on the cap terminals helps prevent corrosion and ensures good spark delivery.
