Description
When you’re pulling heavy implements or working with a loaded front-end loader, the last thing you need is sloppy front-end steering that makes every turn an adventure. This left-hand spindle brings your tractor’s front end back to factory specifications, eliminating the sloppy steering and bearing knock that makes every trip to the field an adventure you don’t want. The 335mm extended shaft is specifically built for larger Massey Ferguson tractors that handle the tough jobs your smaller machines can’t touch.
What You’re Getting
- Heavy-duty 335mm shaft length designed specifically for larger tractor applications where standard spindles fall short
- Left-hand specific construction that restores proper steering geometry and eliminates dangerous front-end wobble
- Precision-forged steel construction that handles the increased loads from heavy implements and loader work
- Machined bearing surfaces that provide smooth, wobble-free rotation for thousands of hours of dependable service
Built for Real Farm Work
This spindle fits the MF 168, 175, 178, 185, 188, 275, 285, 290 series tractors plus the larger 575, 590, 675, and 690 models that tackle the heavy-duty jobs around the farm. Whether you’re moving big round bales, running wide tillage tools, or handling substantial loader work, this beefier spindle handles the increased forces these larger tractors generate when turning tight with loaded implements.
Made to Last
Larger tractors mean bigger forces on every front-end component, and this spindle is built accordingly. The extended 335mm shaft isn’t just longer—it’s proportionally stronger to handle the increased loads without bending or wearing prematurely. When spindles fail on these heavier machines, the results are expensive: severe tire wear, dangerous handling, and stressed steering components throughout the entire system.
Installation Notes
This is specifically the LEFT-HAND spindle with the correct 335mm shaft length—shorter spindles won’t fit these applications properly. During installation, new bearings and seals are cheap insurance. A new spindle with old bearings is false economy. Replace spindles in pairs when possible, as uneven wear causes handling problems that’ll cost you more in tire replacement than the second spindle.
