Good to Know

This filter works with base OB40079 if your application needs it. When changing the filter, let the engine cool down first, then hand-tighten the new filter about 3/4 turn after the gasket contacts the mounting surface. Check your oil level after running the engine for a few minutes—you might need to add a bit more oil.
