Description
When you’re trying to get even coverage across your fields without worrying about drift hitting your neighbor’s crops, this airmix nozzle does the job right. The air-induction technology creates bigger, heavier droplets that resist wind drift while still giving you the broadcast coverage you need for herbicides, fungicides, and other crop protection products.
What You’re Getting
- Air-induction design produces larger droplets for excellent drift control
- 110-degree spray angle covers more ground with each pass
- Works effectively at lower pressures from 20-60 PSI, saving your pump
- Durable poly construction stands up to chemical exposure and field conditions
- Purple color coding makes it easy to identify the #2.5 orifice size at a glance
Built for Real Farm Work
This broadcast nozzle handles a wide range of spraying jobs on your farm. Whether you’re applying pre-emergent herbicide in the spring, spraying fungicide on corn during tasseling, or putting down post-harvest burndown, the airmix technology gives you the coverage you need while keeping drift to a minimum. The 110-degree fan pattern works great on boom sprayers for row crops or broadcast applications.
Made to Last
Farm chemicals are tough on equipment, but this poly nozzle is built to handle everything from glyphosate to 2,4-D without breaking down. The air-induction chamber won’t clog up like some fine-orifice tips, so you’ll spend less time cleaning and more time covering ground.
Installation Notes
This nozzle fits standard TeeJet cap series including CP114440, CP25611, 114441, and 25612. The lower operating pressure means less wear on your pump and more consistent patterns even when your engine RPMs vary. Check your application rate charts since the bigger droplets may affect your gallons per acre compared to conventional tips.
