Description
When you’re mowing with a flex wing cutter and need smooth power transfer through those constantly changing angles, worn U-joints is a recipe for catastrophic failure that can destroy implements, damage tractors, or worse. This Weasler CV driveline keeps power flowing smoothly to your Servis Rhino flex wing mower, handling the articulation and terrain changes that would beat up a standard driveline. The constant velocity joints eliminate the vibration and binding you get when cutting uneven ground.
What You’re Getting
- Cat 6 CV category construction built for the demands of flex wing mowing operations
- 55 series splined shafting with 1-11/16 20 spline configuration for positive power transfer
- Auto-Lok tractor yoke that connects and disconnects easily without wrestling with pins
- 51 inch compressed overall length sized right for your flex wing application
- Complete CV shaft assembly ready to install – no piecing together separate components
Built for Real Farm Work
This driveline is specifically designed for flex wing mower applications, where the implement needs to follow ground contours while maintaining consistent cutting performance. Whether you’re maintaining pastures, clearing brush, or keeping roadsides neat, the CV joints handle the articulation that flex wing cutters demand. The Cat 6 sizing fits mid-size tractors running these productive mowing systems.
Made to Last
Weasler doesn’t mess around – their yokes are forged tough and machined to tight tolerances with bearing surfaces ground smooth and cross assemblies built to handle the constant speed changes and angles that come with real field work. These components are built to handle repeated engagement cycles, temperature swings, and the constant stress of transferring power through changing angles with materials that resist wear and fatigue.
Good to Know
This is a complete driveline assembly that installs as one unit between your tractor’s PTO and the mower’s input shaft. The CV joints don’t need the regular greasing that standard U-joints require, but check the splined connections periodically for wear. Make sure your PTO is disengaged and engine off before connecting – safety first when working around rotating machinery.
