Description
When you’re dealing with hydraulic leaks on your tractor, there’s nothing more frustrating than having the right hose but the wrong fitting. This Parker 43 Series fitting gives you a solid, reliable connection between your 1/2 inch hydraulic hose and any component with a 7/8-14 ORB (O-Ring Boss) port. It’s the kind of fitting that gets you back to work without worrying about whether it’ll hold up under pressure.
What You’re Getting
- Precision-machined Parker fitting that crimps securely to 1/2 inch hydraulic hose
- Male ORB thread design with integrated O-ring groove for leak-free connections
- Straight rigid design that eliminates the flex points where failures typically happen
- 7/8 inch x 14 TPI thread that fits standard ORB ports on modern hydraulic systems
- Part of Parker’s proven 43 Series that’s built for high-pressure agricultural applications
Built for Real Farm Work
This fitting is designed for the hydraulic systems you’ll find on everything from compact utility tractors to large row-crop machines. Whether you’re running a front-end loader, operating remote hydraulics for implements, or dealing with power steering lines, this ORB connection provides the reliable seal that keeps your hydraulic system running at full pressure.
Made to Last
Parker builds these fittings to handle the pressure spikes and vibration that come with farm work. The steel construction and precision threading ensure you get a tight seal that won’t back out or leak, even when you’re working the hydraulics hard during planting or harvest season.
Installation Notes
This is a crimp-on fitting that requires the proper crimping tool and die set for your hose size. Make sure your hose end is cut square and clean before crimping. The ORB thread uses an O-ring seal rather than thread sealant, so don’t overtighten – hand tight plus a quarter turn with a wrench is usually plenty.
