Description
If you’ve ever had a tank fitting come loose while you’re moving liquid fertilizer or chemicals, you know how frustrating (and messy) it can be. This securing nut is what keeps your TF300 series tank fitting tight against the tank wall, creating the leak-proof seal you need for safe liquid transfer operations. It’s the piece that clamps everything together and keeps your fitting from working loose under pressure and vibration.
What You’re Getting
- Threaded design that creates proper clamping force on the bulkhead fitting gasket
- Durable construction that handles the pressure and vibration from liquid transfer operations
- Exact replacement for the original nut that comes with TF300 tank fittings
- Works with the EPDM gasket to create a watertight seal that won’t leak
Built for Real Farm Work
This nut is designed to work with Banjo TF300 series polypropylene bulkhead tank fittings used in liquid fertilizer nurse tanks, chemical tanks, and other agricultural liquid transfer systems. Whether you’re setting up a custom applicator tank or replacing a worn nut on your existing setup, this is the same component that comes with the complete fitting assembly.
Made to Last
Liquid transfer equipment takes a beating from road vibration, pressure changes, and exposure to agricultural chemicals. This nut is built to maintain its grip and keep your fitting sealed tight through temperature swings and the constant movement that comes with field operations.
Installation Notes
Thread the nut onto the fitting from the inside of the tank and tighten it snug against the tank wall with the gasket properly positioned. Don’t over-tighten it—you want firm contact without crushing the gasket. A little pipe dope on the threads helps ensure a good seal and makes future removal easier.
